Orlando Engineering Jobs Expand
One high-tech company's expansion is helping to create Orlando engineering jobs.
Engineering & Computer Simulations, Inc. recently announced its plans to expand its local operation, workforce and facilities at the Central Florida Research Park. The company has already added nine jobs to its engineering and technical staff this year, and plans to add several more positions during the near future.
According to an article by the Orlando Sentinel, the company also expanded its operations into a building adjacent to its headquarters, which will house ECS's art and creative team. The company's need to expand comes from a strong increase in business and demand for its computer-based interactive training systems for the armed forces and Department of Energy.
